Not a Pinball was made for a game design challenge with the theme "pinball (but not really)" — and that's exactly what it is.
Built in just 4 days, it's a small, abstract game where you play as a space rock that's fallen from orbit. Your goal is to get back into space, but with limited energy and a weird sky full of pinball bumpers, it's not going to be easy.
What it is
You control a glowing orb that boosts upward using precious energy — but you don't have nearly enough to escape the planet on your own.
Your only chance? Bounce off strange floating structures in the sky. Each hit gives you a bit more energy, letting you chain momentum and maybe (just maybe) launch yourself all the way out of the atmosphere.
It's not a pinball game. But it kinda is.
